1.General Descriptions
T series bevel gearbox is standardized with many varieties. The deceleration ratio is 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1 and 3:1, which are all actual transmission ratios.Positive and negative operation, low speed or high speed transmission smooth, low noise, small vibration bearing capacity.
2.T Series bevel gearbox composition:
2-1. shell: high steel FC-25 cast iron;
2-2.gear: using high quality and high purity alloy steel 50CrMnT quenched and tempered, carburized quenching treatment and grinding;
2-3. main shaft: high quality and high purity alloy steel 40Cr quenched and tempered processing, with high load load capacity.
2-4.bearing: equipped with heavy load capacity rolling cone bearing;
2-5. oil seal: imported double lip oil seal, with high dust proof and anti oil leakage ability.
3.T Series bevel gearbox Performance characteristics
1. T series spiral bevel gear steering box, standardized, multi variety, speed ratio is all actual transmission ratio. The average efficiency was 98%.
2. The spiral bevel gear steering box has a single axis, a double axis, a single longitudinal axis and a double longitudinal axis.
3. The gear steering box can operate positive and negative, low speed or high speed transmission smooth, and low noise, small vibration and large bearing capacity.
4. When the speed ratio is not 1:1, the input of the horizontal axis and the output of the longitudinal axis are decelerated, and the input of the longitudinal axis and the output of the transverse axis are increasing.
