The Z hybrid sports car has arrived and this is definitely not the kind of hybrid that your university professor has.
As a matter of fact, this car carries gasoline --
The electric drive system and pretty good fuel economy are not really the purpose for a typical hybrid buyer, and the radio won\'t be stuck on NPR either.
Instead, Honda designed the CR-
Z for young lovers who used to embrace two
Citizen CRX, popular in the 1980 s.
Major differences between CR-
Z and CRX are hybrid drive trains, but this is something that young consumers tend to accept, and CR-
Because it involves interesting new technologies.
Price of CR-
$19,200 at the beginning of Z (
$750 plus shipping)
For six-
The speed manual transmission and the $19,850 continuous variable automatic transmission.
However, our tester is the EX model with a manual gearbox starting at $20,760 and a CVT starting at $21,410.
We have the most expensive version, EX with navigation and CVT ($23,210).
EX also offers manual gearbox and navigation for $22,560.

However, the first insight achieved a significant 49 city/61 Highway. The CR-

There may not be much insight or Toyota Prius buyers going to CR-
Because gas mileage is their biggest attraction.
Prius\'s EPA rating is 51 city/48 highway and Insight\'s rating is 40 city/43 highway.
But neither car is fun to drive.
For those with even better mileage than Insight, Honda plans to launch a hybrid version of Fit subcompact later this year, with fuel economy closer to Prius.
While it shares some of the basics with the latest insights, CR-
Z has a slightly more powerful gasoline engine that gives it a sense of movement.
Under the hood is 1. 5-liter, 122-Four horsepower
Honda called the cylinder gasoline engine integrated with the motor auxiliary system combined with the motor.
Like other Honda hybrids, the system relies more on gasoline engines than electric vehicles.
The gasoline engine has done most of its work with its \"smart\" variable valve timing, both on start-up and 13-
Horsepower Motor.
The power supply for the motor is 100-volt nickel-metal-
The hydrogen battery pack, when the vehicle slows down, is turned and charged by a gasoline engine or wheel, during which the motor actually changes the role and becomes a generator.
This is the so-called \"regenerative braking \".
\"When the vehicle stops, the controller of the system automatically turns off the gasoline engine.
In this way, the engine will not idle and waste fuel.
There are three CVT models.
Mode system that allows the driver to select \"motion\", \"normal\" or \"economical\" driving mode using the three backlight buttons on the left side of the steering wheel.
These settings change the shift point in the transmission, and the motion mode allows the engine to rotate at a high speed on the premise of shifting, thus making the car take off faster.
I honestly don\'t believe a lot of people bought CR-

Although I have tried all three modes, the \"movement\" is that I am in CR-Z.
Clear steering, responsive;
Even in sharp turns, processing is predictable and positive; and the four-
Every time I need the wheel disc brakes, they make an impressive response. While the CR-
Z has some insightful styling hints that it looks more sporty and looks very low
Tail and tail.
Honda calls it a coupe, but in fact it\'s a hatchback, there\'s a big cargo area that extends to three similar-sized Insight
Passenger back seat.
Under that space is the battery pack.
The interior features include a cloth sports bucket seat and a console with a deep storage box at the back of the seat to see the back seat.
When the container is closed, the flat loading floor extends to the rear of the seat.
The meter has a blue theme designed to provide a multi-layer look for the dashboard.
The devices included in the base model include automatic climate control, power window/rearview mirror/door lock, AM/FM/CD audio system with USB connection, electronic stability control, remote control keyless access and cruise control.
Additional features of the EX model include highintensity-
